Thank you for using the services at makes my wed.

The make my wed(MMW) is the e-platform presented by M/s Mothers Love e-Services, were customer can book the Venue, Catering, Decor, Photography and video shooting, and the marriage and function related services registered at www.makemywed.in  (MMW)  platform for the function of Wedding, Birthday, Anniversary, Ring ceremony etc. by paying a partial or full payment(booking advanced payment).  

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our service you have to Purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds.

The following terms are applicable for any Services or products that you have booked from Us.

This refund policy is not applicable if the Vendor mention his refund policy separately in services book by customers.  Customer are requested please read the refund policy first mention by the vendors. Make my wed not responsible for vendor refund policy.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, ”the firm”,  “We”,  “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to M/s Mothers Love e-Services , office at  35, Dighori Umred Road, Near East Central Point Convent Nagpur.

Platform here refers to the website www.makemywed.in  presented by M/s Mothers Love e-Services.

Purchase means the order booked and makes a partial or advanced payment or full payments against the order book.

Goods refer to the Service offered for sale which is book through the Platform.

Orders mean a request by you to used service or purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to make my wed, accessible from http://www.makemywed.in

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order or booking without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the Cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order.

Conditions for Refunds

In order for the orders to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

Payment policy (Wedding and Function package)

For booking of event and vendors                                             50% of the estimated cost

15 days or more prior to function                                              30% of the  balance estimated cost

On event day                                                                                    100% of package cost

Cancellation policy :

We levey Cancelation Charges on estimated cost of the amount paid by clientapply for cancellation policy

For advanced payment booking 21days and more          20 % package cost 80% will be refundable

15 days or more before function Date                                 60% package cost 40% will be refundable

7 days or more before function Date                                  No refund on cancellation

  • Cancellation amount/charges will be calculated as per total booking amount.
  • Only the advanced booking payment or full payment make in one time were refund on booking cancelled as per cancellation policy.
  • For cancellation within the 7 days of prior to function no refund from us. We were not responsible for the vendor refund policy if the refund refuse by vendors.
  • Charges deducted for cancellation of booking of advanced or partial or full Payments as per cancellation policy.
  • You have to mention a reason for cancellation.
  • We have rights to refuse the refund after the deadline of cancellation.
  • In case of non compliance of Payment terms, make my wed reserves the right to cancel the booking.
  • Cancellation amount/charges will be calculated as per total booking amount, irrespective of whether full booking amount has been paid or not.
  • Make my wed guarantees delivery of services booked through make my wed platform. In case part package booked by client themselves or outside of make my wed, no claim against such services shall be entertained.
  • Final amount will be settled after the end of function for the additional service (i.e. extra Lunch plates or Dinner plates, in addition of estimated cost, additional rooms booking, electricity charges for generator in case of supply fail etc.) used by the client, will be paid by the client to the vendors at the time of checkout, invoice and payment receipt of the same will be issued to the client by the vendors at Venue. Cheque payment will not be entertainment at the time of checkout.
  • Any change in the service or addition in service, in the agreed package will be informed by the client by mail, call or at the Site. Any verbal/ oral communication regarding changes in earlier agreed package/ venue/ inclusion of services will not be entertained in case of dispute.
  • It is compulsory to client to follow the check in and checkout time for the function and the venue will be handed over at 6pm before the function day or as per package booked by the client. Please remember that all special request like early check-in, late check out, are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and same cannot be guaranteed prior.
  • Cost of expenses of personal nature at the venue stay, such as laundry, telephone calls, room services, alcoholic beverages, mini bar, not mentioned in the package will have be borne by the client.
  • Make my Wed does not guarantee the venue services, catering services and food quality. However, we suggest that in case of any concerns, kindly inform the vendor or agent or service provider so that timely action may be taken.
  • In case of non compliance of Payment terms, make my wed reserves the right to cancel the booking.

 

Changes to this Refund Policy

We may update Our Refund Policy if required. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new refund Policy on this page.We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our platform Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.You are advised to review this Refund Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Refund Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
